Description of the premises

The auberge has 8 rooms with full bathroom, including a small suite of two rooms sharing a complete bathroom.

We have a breakfast room, a large dining room that can accomodate until 20 persons. The fire place is located in the large dining room.

The Auberge also has its Liquor Board permit and offers a very appreciated cuisine.

Activities can be organized through us
SUMMER: golf, horseback riding, luge, canoë, rafting, Spa, treeclimbing, etc
WINTER: downhill or cross country skiing, snowshoeing, dogsledding, snowmobile, Spa, etc


Menus

Breakfast :

  • COLD: cereals, yogourt, fruit juices, fruits, crescent rools, morning cakes
  • HOT: eggs, bacon, ham, sausages, toasts, fritata, omelets, egg casserole, meatloaf or chili, Quiche, pancakes plain or stuffed, maple syrup, french toasts

Lunch :

  • Oriental meal soup, onion soup, minestrone soup etc..
    Salads and a variety of sandwiches
  • Desserts: cakes, mousses, pies puddings
  • Coffee, tea, herbal teas, hot chocolate, fruit juices, soft drinks etc...
 
On cocktail hour : We offer different possibilities with mouthfuls, etc...


Dinners : For the evening meals, we offer five courses.
  • ENTRIES
    APPETIZERS: pepper corn pâté, shrimp mousse, grapefruit stuffed with small vegetables and shrimps, raw vegetables, etc ..

    SOUPS: potage Crécy, butternut squash, leeks, vegetables
    OR
    HOT APPETIZERS: taragon snails in a puff pastry or Italian style with tomatoes and cheese, stuffed mushrooms etc ....

    SALADS: with a variety of dressing

    CHICKEN: boneless breast of chicken taragon with wine sauce, chicken Véronique (green grapes and cream), chicken Bonne Femme (shallots with wine sauce), chicken with maple syrup sauce etc ...

    BEEF: rostbeef, steaks, beef bourguignon with red wine, flank steak with green onions, etc ...

    PORK: pork filets with maple syrup, rack of pork cooked with fennel and rosemary, boneless porkchops Italian style etc ...
